THE BRUSHING SHOULD BE INTUITIVE WITH A GENTLE, RHYTHMIC AND LONG MOVEMENT.

Brest Brushing:

We recommend starting the massage from the left side of the body. We make a movement from under the armpit, going under the breast and going up. We draw a circle, clockwise, 5-10 repetitions on each breast. Make short movements from the nipple towards the neck, upwards, 5-10 repetitions on each breast.

When performing a breast massage, it is worth remembering about breast self-examination (at least once a month).

Neck Brushing:

Lift your chin up and make movements from the neckline up.

Make a stroking movement from armpit to armpit - left to right and right to left. Use the brush to outline the shape of a horizontal "8", starting with one armpit and ending with the other. 5 repetitions of the movement. Collarbone with a gentle movement from the center to the outside for 2-3 repetitions.

Regular dry brushing of the body is of great importance.

The time of the massage depends on individual needs, I take 5-10 minutes every day or every other day. The skin may be slightly pink at first, but over time the brush pressure may be increased. The first results are felt after just a few treatments. The bioavailability of active substances contained in cosmetics increases, thanks to which it is much easier to notice the effects of their use. The skin becomes smoother and firmer.
