A hand-made facial massage brush made of beech wood, densely stuffed with natural bristles. The natural bristles used in this setting are characterized by greater hardness than a brush filled with a soft goat. Depending on your skin type, choose the hardness that suits you best.

The brush has a firming, smoothing effect, helps to remove toxins and has a positive effect on the appearance of our skin. Regular massage gives spectacular results. It increases blood circulation and thus nourishes skin cells, smoothing and anti-aging. An additional advantage of the brush is its peeling effect.

Body brushing comes from Ayurvedic culture. Its main goal is not so much the removal of dead skin, i.e. peeling, but the elimination of toxins from the body that can cause many ailments.

Massage accelerates metabolism and stimulates the lymphatic system. Facial brushing also supports the elimination of migraine problems, dizziness, neuralgia, and stimulates and improves well-being. The skin will have the opportunity to get rid of the excessive muscle tension.

THE BRUSHING SHOULD BE DONE WITH INTUITIVE, GENTLE, RHYTHMIC AND LONG MOTIONS.

I start my face massage with gentle stroking movements.

Neckline (movements from the armpit to the armpit), neck from the neckline up, face always from the center to the outside, going from the bottom (chin) towards the upper parts (forehead)

We finish with the movement that drains the lymph to the lymph nodes - going from the center of the chin, along the line of the jaw outwards and under the ears, down the neck, towards the collarbone.

The entire massage can be repeated with circular movements.

The time of the massage depends on individual needs, I take 1-2 minutes, max 3 times a week, sensitive and beginner skin once a week. At first, the skin will be pink and there may be a feeling of warming, tingling - this is a natural effect. The first results are visible after a few times of use. After brushing, we recommend applying serum and cream care. During the massage treatment, the bioavailability of active substances contained in cosmetics increases, so that the final effect can be even more spectacular. The skin becomes smoother and firmer. The face oval is improved and the wrinkles are shallower.

A facial massage with a brush can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR MASSAGE:

We do not recommend a dry brush massage in the case of: irritated skin, skin with visible inflammation, acne, psoriasis, wounds, fresh scars, varicose veins. We also avoid birthmarks and moles. We also take care of the eye area. In the case of skin after the intervention of plastic surgery, invasive dermatological procedures, always follow the recommendations of the doctor who performed the procedure / operation.
