Chanel N°5 Eau de Parfum 50ml

Chanel N°5 is the world's most famous perfume, created in 1921. Coco Chanel then asked the eminent perfume maker Ernest Beaux to create an exciting new fragrance for women that would reflect the image of the company she was creating. The designer presented Coco with several fragrances to choose from, she liked one of the samples marked with the number 5 the most - it was decided not to change the name. In 1986, Jacques Polge re-interpreted the composition of his predecessor Ernest Beaux to create a fuller, more voluminous version of a feminine fragrance forever: Eau de Parfum.

At the time of the release of No. 5, they were revolutionary perfumes - while all the previous ones focused on the scent of one type of flower, this rule was broken and a rich bouquet was created - rose, jasmine and ylang-ylang from the Comoro Islands were combined with synthetically obtained aldehydes, which strengthened and highlighted the floral scent. It was a breakthrough in perfume production, art and technology combined into one!

Coco Chanel herself was the first person to use this perfume, and actresses Catherine Deneuve and Carole Bouquet also appreciated their charm. Marilyn Monroe, when asked what she wears before going to bed, replied simply: Chanel No. 5. Today, despite the passage of many years, they still remain synonymous with beauty, elegance and chic.
