For the best results, the St. Moriz recommends:

* Perform a peeling and moisturize the dry parts of the body (knees, feet, elbows and ankles).

* It is best to use a glove when applying the product, this will protect your hands from over-coloring.

* Apply a small amount of self-tanner with small circular movements to the various parts of the body and face.

* Do not use antiperspirant, other cosmetics and do not take a bath for 4-6 hours after applying the self-tanner.

* Wash your hands immediately after applying the product.
