How to use: Use at night. Apply to the upper lash line, over clean lashes and eyelid. Using the supplied felt tip applicator, draw a thin line at the base of the upper lash line with your eyes closed, taking care not to let the product get into your eyes. Dry for a few seconds before repeating on the other eyelid.
